DEPS is proud to be a 100% Australian owned pump manufacturer, specializing in vertical multi stage borehole pumps. The pumps can be manufactured as either a fully submersible unit or a line shaft drive version, both are ideally suited to water supply and de-watering applications because of their rugged cast construction and generous sizing of mechanical components. Materials of construction offered include Iron Bronze Stainless steel Specialized materials are also available. Through continuous research and development DEPS has successfully produced pump units that offer high efficiency without compromising structural integrity. This has been proven time and time again in Irrigation, Mining, Offshore and municipal applications. DEPS offers: A complete unit Maintenance and testing service at our Pakenham works. The same high standard of service to both overhauls and new units. The option for every new and reconditioned submersible unit to be performance tested in our purpose built test bays with results forwarded to the customer. Because of our involvement in multi stage pumps DEPS has formed a relationship with ESPA and Caprari. These companies allow DEPS to expand the pump range in to stainless steel horizontal and vertical multi stage pumps, submersible sewage and drainage pumps from 1” to 8”. Complimenting the pump range DEPS also manufactures the Cascreen Products product range which includes flush threaded bore casing and screen from 25mm to 500mm in PVC, ABS and HDPE, as well as collared and threaded PVC rising main for submersible pumps. The threads used on plastic pipes are a course squaresection, this is designed to increase grip as tension is applied making an incredibly strong join.
